First things first, congratulations on starting your new business! Now to the business. I see this all too often, people start a business that ONLY lives on their favorite social media platform of choice. In this case, it is usually Instagram of Facebook.
Ask yourself this question, If your business only exists on social media, does your business really exist? You want to believe that it does….Until Instagram or Facebook goes down. With your business page or profile page being the only way to your services, how do your customers and potential customers get to your business page when the social media platform where it lives is down? If your business exists only on one of these, your business is down as well.
